I had felt a long time ago that my marriage was fading away. I just didn’t feel the same way for my wife. I was head-over-heels in love with her when we got married, and all of it had just disappeared in thin air. Perhaps this was why I fell for Sarah, my secretary. She was young and beautiful and I felt a spark with her.
It took me a lot of time to finally tell my wife that I wanted a divorce. I never had the courage to go up to her and tell her, especially after 10 years of our marriage. However, one night, after I came back home from work, I went up to her and told her that I wanted a divorce. She was furious! She screamed at me and said that she couldn’t believe that I was the same person she had married ten years ago. I quietly went to bed.
